Medical School: University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth

Born in Los Angeles, I moved to Austin, Texas with my family at the age of twelve. Fast forward through an uneventful decade, I discovered the joy of emergency medicine as an EMT.

From there, I enjoyed the journey of undergrad and grad school, and detoured into a career in clinical research before medical school.  Along the way, I got married, started a family, and did some traveling in between.

I completed medical school at UNTHSC in Fort Worth, Texas and knew I wanted EM from day one. When I’m not busy working in the ED, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children, watching the Green Bay Packers (preferably at Lambeau Field), camping, and traveling.

There is little I need to say about this program, as it truly sells itself. After rotating through EM programs in the South, Midwest, and North, this program is certainly unparalleled with respect to patient population, teaching, training, and morale. If you have questions for any of the residents with regards to residency, life outside of residency, or anything in-between, feel free to contact us.
